Contacting Ella
This site does not collect enquiries through a form or keep a visitor enquiry database. Email links open your email app; WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. If a calendar link is available, it opens Cal.com so you can choose a slot and provide your booking details there. Information you choose to send is handled through that service and your correspondence with Ella. Please do not send passwords, mortgage documents or sensitive client information through an initial enquiry.
When booking measurement is connected, Cal.com can send this server a signed confirmation, reschedule or cancellation event. The server receives the webhook, extracts a hashed booking reference and event timestamps, and does not retain attendee names, email addresses or meeting notes in its booking log. Reports cover the last 180 days, with older entries removed on subsequent deliveries. These booking records are kept separately from website analytics and are not currently matched to your visit.
Essential cookies
A signed cookie records your choices for optional analytics and marketing for up to 180 days. If you use the protected admin area, a separate login cookie keeps that session active for up to eight hours. These cookies support your choices and secure administration; they do not measure marketing performance.
Optional analytics and marketing
When configured, Google Analytics helps measure visits and interactions, while Meta tools help measure campaigns. They load only after the relevant consent. Google Tag Manager, when used, loads only after both analytics and marketing consent because it can contain both types of tags.
These providers may receive page and interaction events, cookie identifiers and technical data such as your browser and IP address. The website does not read the contents of your emails. A click on an email, WhatsApp or calendar link is recorded as contact intent, not proof that an enquiry or booking was completed.
With analytics consent, this site also stores a short-lived campaign record in your browser session storage: the entry page, broad referral category and safe campaign labels. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is cleared when you change your cookie choice. Please do not include personal information in campaign links.
The optional Meta Conversions API can send the same consented events from the server, with matching event identifiers to reduce duplication. It does not bypass your cookie choices.
Change your choice
Use at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking on this site and clears accessible tracker cookies. It cannot remove information already sent to a provider.
Other services
The website is served using Cloudflare infrastructure. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Following links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Substack, WhatsApp or Cal.com takes you to another service, with its own privacy practices. Social profiles and Cal.com are linked rather than embedded: their widgets are not loaded in the background.
Questions and requests
Email Ella if you want to ask how your correspondence is used, request access or correction, or discuss deletion. The response will depend on the information involved and any applicable obligations.
